
1. Kurkura chaat
Ingredients:
*1packet kurkura tedhe medhe
*Chopped onions
*Chopped tomatoes
*Chopped cucumber
*Chopped coriander
*Chopped green chilli (optional)
*Chaat masala
*Salt
*Red chilli powder or chilli flakes
*Lemon
Recipe:
Take a pack of kurkura tedhe medhe and put them in a bowl.
Now add chopped onions ,chopped tomatoes and chopped cucumber or you can also add other vegetables also as you like.
Sprinkle one small table spoon chaat masala and a pinch of salt as per your taste. Now give a mix to all these ingredients with a spoon.
Now squeeze a lemon .
Put some coriander leaves on the top and some green chilli for garnishing.
And it's ready to eat in just 5 minutes.
2. Sweetcorn chaat 🌽
Ingredients:
*Sweetcorn
*Amul butter
*Cheese
*Black pepper or chilli flakes
*Chaat masala
*Lemon
*Salt
Recipe:
Take a pack of sweet corn and boil it in a pan with a pinch of salt for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now rinse the water from the corn .
Heat a pan add Amul butter and then sweetcorn.
Now put them in a bowl and add chaat masala ,salt as per taste ,chilli flakes . Now mix it with spoon .
Now garnish it with grated cheese on top .
3. Namkeen chaat
Ingredients:
*Aloo bhujia or any other Namkeen packet
*Chopped onions
*Chopped tomatoes
*Chopped cucumber
*chopped boiled potato
*Chopped green chilli
*Salt
*Lemon
*Chaat masala
*chilli flakes
*Coriander leaves
Recipe:
Take a packet of aaloo bhujia Namkeen in a bowl .
Add chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber , chopped boiled potato.
Add a pinch of salt and one tablespoon chaat masala to this mixture .
Squeeze a lemon on the top. Now mix all the mixture with a spoon.
Garnish it with some coriander leaves .
4. Aaloo chaat :
*2 boiled potatoes
*Olive oil for shallow fry
*Salt
*Chaat masala
*Chilli powder
*Lemon
Recipe:
Take 2 boiled potatoes and cut them into fine cubes .
Now hold them in sticks as like in tikka.
Add some oil in a pan . Shallow fry or deep fry them until it becomes golden brown and crispy.
Now put them in a plate .
Add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon chaat masala.
Squeeze a lemon on them top .
Add chilli powder as per your taste . Now mix it properly.
5. Samosa chaat
Ingredients:
*1 samosa
*Chopped onions
*Green chilli samosa chutney
*Red imli samosa chutney
*Salt
*Red chilli
*Curd
*Chaat masala
*chola or aloo curry sabzi
*Bhujia
*pamagranate
Recipe:
Take 1samosa in a plate.
Put some aloo or chola sabzi on the top .
Add red and green chutney .
Put chopped onions .
Pour curd on the top.
Sprinkle red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt on the top .
Garnish it with pamagranate and bhujia .
And it's ready .
