We all are Human beings . After doing our day to day tasks our body needs some relax and rest. Even  machines also needs rest. That's why in order to give relaxation we fall asleep . Sleeping is necessary because it offers several advantages such as.

* Ability to manage more stress and burden.

* Improved physical health 

* Better decision making

* more concentration

* strong memory

What is sleeping Disorder ?

According to the research a person needs average sleep of 9 hours per day . But sometimes it has been observed that we can't able to sleep at night after doing so many efforts . It is mostly found in teenagers who are worried and facing critical issues due to personal relationships or peer pressure of studies and competitions. It may be due to several reasons either social , personal , professional or physical . If we can't able to sleep some while a night that's not so serious but if it is happening on a frequent basis or constantly then it must be a sign of worry . Sleeping Disorder means when you can able to sleep at night and don't get an average sleep that must be needed.

Awakening Disorder can be caused due to the following reasons:

1. Mental Stress:

It may be possible that you are taking too much stress that don't let you sleep properly .stress can be of any kind either related to your personal relations , working stress or any other reason.

2. Illness:

Sometimes we are not able to sleep due to any medical issues or having any illness. For example when you hare suffering from headache , fever , cold , cough or any other diseases even then you also couldn't sleep .

It is mainly found in today's scenario that people tends to use their electrical gadgets recklessly even when it is not necessary to do so. Specially teenagers also used to addicted with their mobiles. But the fact is that these gadget such as TV, mobile Phone, laptop , computers produces harmful rays that are enemy of sleep . If you use your mobile before going to bed or in bed then expose light on screen that don't let you sleep at night. Due to that you may have sleep disorder 

4. Disturbances:

If you have a loud color in your room and also have too much lighting that will also not let you sleep . So you are advise to have sleep friendly bedroom.

5. Mental problem:

When anybody is suffering with any mental problem such as depression, anxiety, migraine or brain rated issues . Even then also anyone can't able to sleep . That is also seen as symptoms of any health issue .

6. Deep thinking:

If too many thoughts are running in our mind at the same time that becomes tension . And due to that also person can't able to sleep . 

7. Bedroom is not sleeping friendly:

If your bedroom is not friendly to sleep it can also cause awakening Disorder. If your bedsheet is not comfortable or having too much noise in room or some other issues even then you may awake at night.

8.  Having caffeine before sleep :

 Caffeine is taken for awakening and night . But if you have coffee before going to bed then it may also be the reason of not having sleep. 

Tips for better sleep :

• Blinking your eyes continuously

  If you are continuously facing issues of not getting sleep then do this exercise with your eyes it will definitely work. Blink your eyes for 4 - 5 minutes constantly. As per research by blinking, eyes will get tired and feel rest . And in that way you will feel sleepy and lethargic.

Create a soothing atmosphere:

Create a sleeping friendly atmosphere in your bedroom. You can do so by following tips such as :

Sight : 

Create a view that feel relaxed for your eyes . For example dim light , candles or reading Books.

Touch : 

Take warm bath by rubbing your body. Sleep on a soft mattress and flufffy pillow that is also skin friendly . Apply moisturizer on your skin. Feel a smooth touch . You can also wear a comfortable and loose night suite.

Smell :

Give a smooth fragrance to your bedroom by putting some flowers of your choice , burning fragrance candles or spraying perfumes .

Sound :

Play some soothing or soft music or some birds chirping or sweet lullaby that makes you to fall asleep .

Taste :

Sip some cold or hot beverages at night .

Don't forget to drink cool water before sleep. That makes you hydrated and also beneficial for your skin glow.

Connect to rituals :

You can do so by  reciting prayer , saying goodnight to everyone, saying three things you love most , remembering your loved ones or by remembering God.

Put your smartphone away :

Mobile screen produces harmful rays that burns sleep pigments in your eyes. So it is advisable not to watch or contact with screen before sleeping . Put your smartphone away from you while going to bed.

Avoid caffeine or any beverage:

You can simply drink water before going to bed but don't have coffee or tea before falling asleep otherwise it will ruin your sleep . If you are a student you can take coffee for late night study .

Read a novel :

If you are not able to sleep you can also read a story book or any novel  before sleep . I must say it will definitely bring a sweet sleep at night . You will feel calm and relaxed by doing so .

Follow a bedtime routine:

You are advisable to formulate a bedtime routine plan and also follow the same . Accomplish all the necessary daily tasks so that they will not give you stress and negative thoughts.  Such as finishing homework for students , accomplishing office work or any work that is important to do and if note done on time give you stressful thoughts.

Listen your favorite music:

You can also listen some songs or prayers if you don't have sleep at night . That will obviously make you fall asleep .
