But it's a matter of sadness that some people tends to forgot their important habits for the sake of hurries. Due to busiest working schedule of people they used to avoid to follow some healthy routines. But we shouldn't do so and its very essential for teenagers to follow a healthy routine in the morning so that they can feel active and fresh all the day. After all they are at the growing stage . And if now they will not learn then definitely they becomes habitual of lazy and unhealthy routine.

1. Wake up early:
Sometimes rising late in the morning leads to many issues either mental or physical. So it's very much important to wake up early in the morning to avoid hurries or hotchpotch. It also helps to spare some time for other activities in the morning. You can also do some studies or any other fitness workout in the morning by early rising. It's a beautiful feeling to enjoy the beauty of nature that can only seen in the morning. It itself fills us with lots of positive energy and excitement for the whole day.
2. Make your bed:
It's a psychological matter that one cannot settle the things in the life if he is unable to set his bed. So it's very much important that when we wake up firstly make our bed. If we look our bed messy then surely it gives some bad vibes as well. So in order to provide a mental satisfaction to ourselves and develop a sense of confidence its necessary to do so. Not only to relax our mind but it's also a good habit.
3. Strech your body :
When you wake up from the bad strech your body and muscles as much as you can. There are some physical as well as some psychological reasons behind that. Streching body in the morning provides a sort of mental satisfaction to us. In addition it also helps to improve the blood circulation in the body. Sometimes we may also get some news about our workplace so it's necessary of today's world to stay updated. It can only possible through stay connected with our mobiles.

Its a very good habit to have a glass of warm water or lemon and honey drink in the morning with empty stomach. It provides many benefits to our body. Sometimes it's not possible for many people to do workout or follow any diet routine in the morning due to their busy schedule of school college or any other work for reducing weight. That's why it's essential to have breakfast before you are going away from your home. Breakfast will provide you energy to do day to day work. And if you went outside just skipping your breakfast it may results to faint ,headaches or any other health issues. As a result you can't perform your urgent tasks on time. Thus don't forget to have a healthy and light meal in the morning either a glass of milk, fruits or some kind of toasts.
13. Cross examine your stuff:
Before leaving from home just make a cross verification that you had carried all the necessary stuffs with you or not. For instance your wallet , handkerchief,mask, sanitizer, id cards, books, water bottle ,lunch and most important your mobile. In case you are going for exams then check whether you had carried your stationary items and admitcards as well. After making that much examination you can depart from your home.
14. Say bye-bye while leaving:
Its an old ritual to say goodbye or just simply bye bye while you are leaving your home or any place. So it's a very much good habit. It's a word which we say when we are departing from our loved ones. It gives a sense of belongingness. Another psychological reason behind that is it conveys the other person that departing person will met you very soon. He will come back soon again. That's also a sign of showing good wishes or best of luck for the day.So that's why we say goodbye to our nearones. therefore it's very much important to follow that rituals by teenagers so that they recall that their family is always with them when they are outside.
