Everybody wants to look beautiful and attractive whether they are girls or boys , adults or teenagers . Having healthy and shiny hairs is one of the way to look good . And specially girls of every age group wants shiny and bouncy hairs . Long hairs is the dream of every girl . But due to several reasons they can't able to fulfill their dreams of having long hairs . But don't worry here are some tips and tricks to grow your hair healthier ,longer , thicker and shiny .These tips are personally used by me at my teenage and you wouldn't believe that it really works.
Common hair problems:
It is said that if you want to do something then firstly you had to remove all the problems or causes of it . similarly if you want to grow your hairs then priorly you had to finish all the problems that are stopping your hair growth. Some of the common hair problems with solutions are:
• Split ends - Trim them and then provide mosurizer.
• Damage - Moisturize them and avoid heating products.
• Dandruff - use hair mask before hair bath and have a good conditioning on scalp.
• Grey hairs - Use aamla ,onion , coffee powder on hairs.
• Dull hair - Stop using chemical products or heating stylers .
• Frizzy hairs - Provide a good massage and hair wash .
• Lices - Use mediker or antilice permetharine or medilice for removing them or you can also use neem leaves paste as home remedy.
Things to do :
*Wash hairs properly atleast 2 or 3 times in a week
*Eat healthy diet .
*Drink lots of water.
*Trim your hairs every week .
*Use coconut oil at night to massage scalp .
*Use hair mask in a week .
*Wash hairs with cold water .
*Do protective hairstyles or braids after oil massage at night before you sleep.
*Apply eggwhite and massage properly.
*use conditioner after shampoo.
Things not to do :
If you want long and healthy hairs don't do these mistakes . Because these things may be the reason for your hair problems due to which your hairs don't have grown up. So here are some don'ts -
• Don't use hot water for hair bath . It will damage your hairs and leave your scalp feeling irritated.
• Don't go in sunlight with open hairs.
• Don't wash hair everyday.
• Don't comb wet hairs.
• Don't use heating stylers too much.
• Don't be in hurry .
My personally recommended tips:
Here are some extra tips which are used by me personally whether to use any hair product or natural home remedies.
Onion:
Onion helps in stimulation of growth of hairs . It nourishes hair and restore nutrients. It helps in minimising breakage and thinning of hairs and prevention of greying. Here is the process to use onion:
Peel of onion and cut it into pieces.
Now grind it in grinder and make a paste.
Now squeeze all the juice or liquid in a bowl and store it for a week .
Apply it on your hairs at night before a day to wash hairs.
If you can't able to make this liquid you can also purchase onion oil or shampoo online or from market of any brand .
Castor oil :
Castor is also proved beneficial for hairs . According to recent study it has been concluded that monthly application of castor oil boost your hair growth upto 5 times more than Normal rate .
How to use ?
Take a spoon of castor oil and mix it with coconut oil. Now massage thoroughly on scalps and end points . It is the main step of this process so massage properly.
Stress:
Don't take too much stress because stress is the cause of most of the problems .Don't care too much of your hairs just divert your mind and have patience . Because everybody knows it's not possible to grow long hairs in just one night . So just wait and be calm.
Trimming:
Say hello to scissor . It's a myth that cutting hairs loses dream of long hairs. Its my personal experience that for growing long hairs trimming and cutting plays a very vital role. As you have to lose in order to gain something just like that you had to lose your older hairs for getting new hairs . I don't meant to cut your whole hair but I m just trying to say trim the split ends weekly or monthly. That will definitely worthy.
Conclusion :
Beauty is not having long hairs but consider to have a good heart and I assure you if your heart and soul is good then everything in your life automatically becomes good .
Main thing that really works is your living style and your diet . If you have a good lifestyle whether is of sleep , stressfree, calm , having healthy meal then I don't think you had a requirement to consider these tips . So your life style really impacts your body . As a teenager you had to take a good care of yourself .
