Loving your skin and caring is a part of self-love . During teenage it is very common to have skin related issues like pimples , oily skin , dark circles, roughness, blackheads, tanning etc. So its very important to follow a skin routine in the morning or before going outside. Here I am suggesting and Sharing my personal experience of skin routine with you . I'm sure you will definitely love it and it is also proven best for every skin type . Here you will also get to know about products that are chemical free and suited to every skin type.
You had to just follow the given tips and products on a daily basis and just see the results yourself.
- Drink plenty of water
When you wake up early in the morning firstly drink 2 or 3 glass of water before doing anything . There is a scientific reason behind it . Water removes all the chemical wastes from our body through urine and ultimately purify the body and as well as skin. It also makes skin glowing . Not only in morning but repeat it in day time also.
- Use facewash
Now wash your face with facewash either Garnier , ever youth or clean and clear . You can also use fruit wash but make sure it doesn't have too much chemical that harm your skin. It will remove any dirt and dust particles from your face.
- Aloevera gel
Now apply aloevera gel on your face . You can use Garnier or Patanjali aloevera gel . But its best to use aloevera plant gel that is natural and free from chemicals. It is helpful in removing Tanning , dark circles or any roughness from the skin. It is helpful in removing pimples .
- Rosewater
Now apply a few drops of dabour gulabari Rosewater as a toner . It makes skin glowing and also give blushy and pink cheeks.
- Sunscreen
Apply sunscreen if you are going outside . Sunscreen protects our skin from harmful ultraviolet rays of sunlight. And it will also protect skin from tanning .
- Moisturizer
Moisturizing your skin is very very important. When we are applying makeup products that are having chemical and also too harsh for our skin so it is necessary to protect and frame a layer moisturizer on it . You can use vaseline , ponds or any other moisturizer that suited to your skin type.
- Lipbalm
Sometimes due to several reasons our lips lost pinkness and looks bold and dark . So they also need a good care . Apply lipbalm on your lips gently massaging with fingers. Rub thrice a time and fill roughness . You can also use homemade butter if you not want to use lipbalm from market.
- Wash face
Wash your face with normal water atleast 4 to 5 times a day . Because when we are outside sweat and dirt will definitely stuck on our face . And they can be the reason for pimples and others skin issues. So clean your face every time .
- Don't have makeup at night
No matter how much tired you are but its very important to remove makeup at night before you going to bed . Otherwise it will impact your face adversely .
