Here are some of the tips that teenager should consider before going to bed. It will help you in lots of manners. They are as following:
• Go to washroom before going to bed.
• Wash your face and hands properly .
• Follow your skin care routine before sleep.
• change clothes and wear night suite or any other comfortable cloth.
•Think about your favorite thing or thought that makes you happy and you love most.
•Say goodnight to everyone of your family.
•Shut off all lights and other electronics of your bedroom.
•Make your room clean and remove all messy things before sleep.
•Say prays in order to keep all the negative energies aside.
•You can also take a warm bath or shower before falling asleep.
•Brush your teeth properly so that all the remaining of food removed.
•Read a Lesson of any book that you love to read such as story book ,novel, fictional book etc.
•Keep your phone and other electrical gadgets aside from you because it may proved harmful for you and your health.
•charge your iPhone, mobile iPads and laptop.
•Lay out next days outfit so that in morning you don't need to think about that.
•Listen music and favorite song in order to relax your mind and be sleepy.
•Drink a glass of water that is very necessary to have.
•You can also do some yoga or meditation for a while.
•Make your clutch or purse ready for the next day such as cards ,money or any other documents that you need to carry etc to avoid the next days hotchpotch.
•Moisturize your skin properly.
Things not to do:
Here are some things that you had to ignore if you want your sleep relaxed and wants actually sweet dreams. So they are as given ahead:
*Don't binge before going to bed-
Eating too much or too little may leads to empty stomach or overfull . It may lead to discomfort and unhealthy for your sleep.
*Cut out caffeine for better sleep.
Having too much caffeine may leads to reduction in sleep and can also stop you from falling asleep. So avoid coffee or any other beverage at night if you are not going to do late study.
*Limit screens in bedroom:
If it is not necessary then put all your electronic gadgets that emits light aside from your bed. Because the light is very harmful and stop your sleep.
